Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds will be given for requests received in writing postmarked no later than end of day (EST) Monday May 6, 2013, less an administration fee of $100.00; send an e-mail to e-mail to CES@dragosproductions.com. After the cancellation deadline, we regret that no refunds will be granted; however, we will accept substitute delegates. The substituting party is responsible for all final financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating all contact information. All refunds will be issued by August 31, 2013.

Payment by Cheque and/or Invoice

A registration form accompanied by an invoice and/or a cheque must be received and processed by Monday May 15, 2013. Cheques or invoices will not be accepted on site. If you do not receive a confirmation notice from the CES 2013 conference organizers by Monday May 15, 2013, you are not officially registered and you will have to pay the full on-site registration fee with a credit card or cash on-site.
